Albuquerque

The city of Albuquerque, is located on a high, semi-arid plateau at an altitude of 5,311 feet, making it the highest metropolitan city in America.   The Rio Grande River divides the city into east and west sides, and it is bisected by two major interstate freeways, the I-25 (north/south) and the I-40 (east/west).

The most dynamic city and largest urban area in New Mexico, Albuquerque is the state’s major commercial center, serving as a hub for business, trade, finance, industry and government.   With a substantial labor force, the Albuquerque metro area accounts for approximately half of the state’s total employment.

Albuquerque lies at the center of the New Mexico Technology Corridor – home to the University of New Mexico, the Kirkland Airforce Base, Sandia Labs and a concentration of high-tech private companies and government institutions along the Rio Grande.

Aragon’s Albuquerque portfolio consists of two assets located within two of the city’s strongest submarkets: Broadstone Towne Center (240 units), and Mesa Del Oso (212 units).
